The Hill Winter Leadership Retreat
📅 December 5–6, 2025 (Friday night from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Saturday during the day from 9 am to 5:30 pm with continental breakfast at 8 am)
📍 DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Columbia MD
This year’s retreat theme is: Focused, Sober, and Centered on Purpose (Philippians 3:14). Participants will dive into The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership – 25th Anniversary Edition by John C. Maxwell, equipping leaders for greater impact in ministry, community, and beyond.
