About the Event
“If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed.” (John 8:31)
“If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.” (Luke 9:23)
Leaders of The Hill, set aside a day to be refreshed, equipped, and sent. True Disciples is a one day leadership retreat focused on what it truly means to follow Jesus: continuing in His Word, denying ourselves, and choosing daily to take up our cross and follow Him.
Before we can lead others well, we have to follow well. This retreat is a time to step away from the routine of ministry, sit at the feet of Jesus, and return renewed in purpose and strengthened for the work God has called us to at The Hill.
